I actually know what this is and had one in my home. But since plastic bags have gone by the way of the dinosaur, so have these plastic bag distribution containers. I know I purchased mine in Ikea decades ago. Had it hanging on the basement wall, near the light switch. As I move through people’s homes with them, during a downsizing or senior move project, we often see these in the exact same spot. This one, filled with plastic bags, was also on the wall at the top of the basement stairs.
