Move In/Move Out Specialist
The MoveIn/Move Out Specialist is responsible for packing all items in our clients homes, as well as getting our clients settled into their new homes by unpacking and creating a safe, organized and functional space.
The Move in/Move Out Specialist will lead a team through completion of each project. This will include but is not limited to:
Meeting with clients to identify their needs and develop a customized Move Plan
Plan, coordinate, and guide clients through the entire moving process.
Assist clients to determine which items to keep, donate, gift, sell, or discard
Professionally pack all items and coordinate with movers
Meet scheduling and budget objectives; oversee implementation of objectives
Resource management of asset liquidations (consignment, auctions, donations, etc)
Coordinate with community managers, real estate agents, and other partners
Motivate, supervise, train and direct team members
Ensure adequate supplies and materials are available to complete the project
Utilize project management tools for timely completion of a project

This role is part-time (varying hours week-to-week) but has the option of being 35+ hours/week during busier seasons.
$15-$18 an hour, based upon experience
