This family relocated to Columbia County from Colorado and found us to help them settle in.
Team Call Sheilah! dove right in.
We unpacked 30 dish barrel boxes, 7 wardrobe boxes, 40 art boxes, 12 crated pieces of art, multiple book boxes, and other assorted sizes.
Then we hauled off ALL of the boxes and packing debris - 4 vans full!
Next week, we are assembling metro shelving and removing the remaining packing detritus.
And then we just wait for the house warming party!

There are major differences between what generations will accumulate over time.
Typically our older clients collect water bottles, recyclable shopping bags, scrabble games, books on downsizing and decluttering, med containers, and a lot of moisturizer.
These folks, in their 20s, lean into their own neurospiciness by having plenty of different kinds of Slime on hand. Some people need to keep their hands busy, which can help them with focus. Slime is a stress relieving tool and gives a much needed break from reality. We all need that sometimes, especially today.
This is for sure the first time we wrote "Slime and other misc" as an identifier on a packed box.
